My name is Riley Ann Massey, and I'm the lead photographer for Riley Ann Photography! I'm a small business based out of Nixa, Missouri and I strive to capture all of the smiles, the laughs, and all the personality that I see within every session!

Being a photographer means more to me than a job title, or a hobby. Photography is fun and exciting, and something that I truly love! It is something that I will forever hold on to. I do my very best to keep this in mind with every photo I take! 

I was around fifteen when I began to play around with photography. I had a camera phone, and that was all. When I was seventeen my mother bought a Nikon D1 digital camera for me to use. I only took photos for my own enjoyment, going out to explore new places was my "happy place." I took photos of friends, and family for almost 3 years, then... I bought my Canon 7D Mark II. I had an overwhelming amount of people wanting their photos taken, by me! Extremely exciting, and extremely flattering! I had posted a several photographs and sessions to my facebook page I had created when I was asked to 2nd shoot for a successful wedding photographer named, Debbie. She owns Creative Shots, a photography business based out of Springfield, Missouri. I learned an abundant amount of knowledge from her; for example, camera settings, my flash, how to pose clients, and everything in between! This helped pave the way to my own successful business, working in the field that I absolutely love!
